Riktlinjer som stöder barlastvattenkonventionen
Den dag barlastvattenkonvention träder ikraft kommer den att stödjas av 14 riktlinjer.
Även riktlinjerna måste införlivas i den svenska lagstiftningen innan de gäller i Sverige:
