AMP Revision (english)

This form is used by the CAMO or CAO (airworthiness organisation) or the owner (airworthiness responsible) to apply for approval of the AMP for aircraft covered by Part-M, or as notification from CAMO or CAO for aircraft covered by Part-M or Part-ML.
A complete AMP with attachments should always be submitted in digital version.
