Ozone-depleting substances

All emissions of ozone-depleting substances are prohibited.

The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency is the controlling authority regarding to ozone-depleting substances questions.

Substances which have an effect on the ozone layer are listed in article I of the Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 of the European Parlament and of the Council of 16 September 2009.
