Motor vehicle inspection of category B tractors

The inspection regulations were changed on 20 May 2018, whereby requirements were introduced for "fast-moving" tractors classed as category B.

Category B tractors are to be inspected

for the first time no later than 48 months after the month in which the vehicle was first licensed for use.
thereafter no later than 24 months after the month in which the last full motor vehicle inspection was carried out.
