Contact the licensing office
On this page, you will find contact information for the Swedish Transport Agency’s departments that handle certificates, training, and aviation medicine in the aviation sector.
The processing time for complete cases, involving flight crew licence and ATCO certificates (not medicals), is currently about 10-15 working days. Please note that processing times may be longer during vacation periods and on various holidays.
If you have any questions, you can contact us by phone or send us an email. Our mailboxes are continously checked and your email will be answered within a few days.
The Registry office
All documents that affect the certificate such as skill test, ZFTT documentation, LIFUS, AOC, PC etc shall be sent to: certifikat.w3d3@transportstyrelsen.se
