Taxi flight

A taxi flight is a non-scheduled air transport of passengers for remuneration by an aircraft type approved for the carriage of no more than ten passengers. In regard of all-cargo, a flight consitutes a taxi flight if it is performed with an aircraft whose maximum permitted take-off mass is 5,700 kg.

A taxi flight as defined above, does not require a traffic permit, except if a third country operator plans to perform flights within Sweden (cabotage).

If a taxi flight takes place with an aircraft type approved for the carriage of more than ten passengers or of cargo by an aircraft whose maximum permitted take-off mass exceeds 5,700 kg the same rules as for charter flights applies
