Application for certificate - passenger insurance

This form is intended for shipowners applying for a certificate of mandatory insurance.

All passenger ships on international voyages and some passenger ships on domestic voyages must be insured against the death of or personal injury to passengers in connection with accidents and against lost or damaged luggage.

In order to show that the insurance requirement is met, ships must carry a certificate issued by the Swedish Transport Agency.
