This application form is intended for pilots with non EU flight crew license (CPL, MPL, ATPL) who wish to validate their license for commercial operations on board Swedish-registered aircraft.

All applications regarding licenses, skill tests and proficiency checks (PC) can be sent by e-mail to certifikat.w3d3@transportstyrelsen.se

Please note that we accept only PDF files.

Make sure that you state in the subject line what the matter is about and the license or qualification certificate in question.
