Application for verification of origin

The service Application for verification of origin consists of six steps, where you will be asked to fill in information about you and your vehicle. The application will be registered with us once all the steps are completed. After the last step, a PDF-document containing a summation of the information you have given us will be created.

Please note that you will need to be able to save or print out this document when the service is completed. You will have to have the program Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to be able to read and print out the document, a program that you may download for free at Adobe's website.

In the PDF-document you will be given a bank account number and an OCR-number tied to your application. With these you are able to pay your application fee as soon as possible. You cannot send your payment in the form of a cheque, cash or similar forms.

Also note that you should avoid using you browser's "back"-button or similar to navigate within the service.
